The Customer Service Professional Network hosted their 4th Annual Women In Leadership Summit where over 50 Organizations and 500 attendees were in virtual attendance for networking workshops, keynote sessions & a live awards ceremony. CSPN has recognized Grace Chiu, VP of Business Development at Zedd, for the award of Customer Experience Advocate, in the Finance & Insurance category. This category recognizes an individual who has demonstrated leadership initiating Customer Strategies within the industry.
