Toronto, Canada and Guatemala City, Guatemala – November 8, 2023 – Canadian business process outsourcer, Zedd Customer Solutions Inc., today announced that it has entered a Strategic Alliance with Pronto BPO, a leading service provider based in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Under the terms of the agreement, Zedd and Pronto shall enter a joint-undertaking to provide contact center services to clients based in Canada, the U.S. and internationally.
The parties will bring together their respective management, operations and technical skills and knowhow wherein Zedd shall primarily be responsible for promoting, marketing, quality assurance and client relationship management, and Pronto shall provide contact center outsourcing services by means of operations and infrastructure through its operators, production capacity and network in Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
